I read you mails..
What HEC is doing for education is definitely a very good effort.
I know that Dr. Atta is doing his best for the education betterment in the Pakistan.
I suggest that, like Higher Education Commission, there should be a Primary Or Lower Education Commission. Because, without making improvements at entry and/or lower level and only emphasizing on high level will not produce the desired results.
What Higher Education Commission is thinking about this point?
Will you please explore,,
Sir thanx for your comments, i remained pondering over the issue, you are very right that there should be some organization like HEC at primary and secondary levels to work for provision of quality education in our schools and colleges because a sound basement can provide good building and primary/secondary education is certainly base for higher education.
Well I am not aware of the governmental policies whether they have any such planning in their files but i do pray that there should be such sort policy in coming days because our nation has already suffered a lot in last six decades.....
